雨でもない限り、外でのファッションシューティングは楽しくて大好きなんだ。先週、AvgvstとH3Oチームで僕の大好きなウェブサイト、iheartokyo.comの広告撮影で新宿に。
I love shooting on location, but let’s face it, it’s never fun shooting in the rain. But a few weeks ago, my crew from Avgvst and H3O headed to the heart of Shinjuku to shoot for my favourite website iheartokyo.com
スタイリングは僕が、カメラマンは毎回素晴らしい写真を撮りおろしてくれるMaciej Kucia。テーマはファッショナブルでクールなエイリアンが新宿に上陸、といったところかな。今回のスタイリングは新宿の町並み、ネオンライトとプラスティックの融合。80年代、Kim Basingerが出ている “My Stepmother Is An Alien”っていう映画からインスパイアされたスタイリングだよ。
Styled by me, and Photographed by the amazing photographer Maciej Kucia, the concept was about a super cool alien who fell to earth in Shinjuku. So the way she dresses was totally inspired by the neon lights and plastic fantastic feel of the city. I was reminded of old movies from the 80s like “My Stepmother Is An Alien” with Kim Basinger.
今回のメインのアイテムは、PVCのトレンチコートやライダースで有名なブランド、Wanda Nylon。BorsalinoとWandaNylonのコラボレーションのこのハット、とってもクールだと思わない?! 中に着せたのはSretsisのスパンコールが眩しいアウトフィット!! その中でも僕のお気に入りのショットは、ライダースの下に着せたSretsisのスケルトンプリントジャンプスーツを着た一枚!!! とってもKawaiiね!!!
The star of the shoot was the amazing Wanda Nylon PVC trenches and rider jackets – and how about that amazing Borsalino/Wanda Nylon hat?! I styled them over the super bright sequin outfits from Sretsis, although my favourite shot is the one with the Sretsis manga skeleton print jumpsuit! So cute!
Yoshiのスーパークリーンでちょっとキュートなメイクアップ、ベイビーピンクのリップがポイント。Yokoが作り出したビートニックヘアにもバッチリ合ってるよね!! モデルはZucca ModelsのとってもクールなOliwiaが色んな表情が見せてくれたよ。
Yoshi’s makeup was super clean with (a little kawaii) baby pink lips, and Yoko’s hair was inspired by Beatnik girls. And our amazing model Oliwia from Zucca models looked out of this world!
雨の中一緒に働いてくれたチームの皆、本当にありがとう!!!
