今月初めまでSummerset Houseで行なわれた、ファッショナブルな帽子がトレードマークのイギリス人スタイリスト、故 Isabella Blow のエキシヴィジョン、ワードローブを公開する展覧会、に行ってきましたぁ。
その中に、Alexander McQueen と Philip Treacyなど、今のファッション業界を作り上げてきた有名なデザイナーが含まれていた。

Extravagant outfits and hats from the wardrobe of the late stylist and fashion icon Isabella Blow have gone on display in London at Somerset House which celebrated the life of the British editor.
Eccentric Blow entered the fashion industry in the 1980s as an assistant to Anna Wintour at US Vogue.
Isabella is best known also for her support of young designers in the fashion industry, and how her ideas about fashion challenged the boundaries.
Works on display included pieces by some of Isabella’s favorite designers, including names like Hussein Chalayan, Jeremy Scott, Comme des Garçons, Julien Macdonald, Viktor and Rolf and Undercover, Alexander McQueen and Philip Treacy.
